Be a Vendor at the 2008 Festival!

Dear
Non-profit Organization / Artist:
Arts in River Park, formerly known as H Street Festival, was a smashing success last May. We have made contact with Scottish Rite Masonic Center and have reserved Sat., May 10th at this location. This site will have air conditioning, a performance stage and free parking. As in previous years, there will be no charge for admission. Hours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Each organization or artist is invited to promote and sell their handmade art. The address is 6151 H Street, at the corner of Carlson Drive, across from the entrance of Sacramento State.
The booth fee is $100 for a 10’ x 10’ space and $50 for a space to accommodate a 6’ table. The deadline for registration is when all spaces are filled and prior to production of the program in late April. There are no refunds or rain date. There is no electricity provided. All items are to be handmade. No buy and sell. Booth space needs to be decorated using your creativity. The City of Sacramento will supply a 6’ table and Scottish Rite will supply 2 chairs for your space. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m. to begin set up the day of the festival. Please be ready by 9:45 a.m. and do not leave prior to 5:00 p.m. The area is to be left free of debris. Fill out the application form completely and send fee and photocopies of photographs of your work showing variety and quality.
